Form Analysis by a Physical Therapist

Submit video(s) of you squatting, deadlifting, snatching, etc. to

  • Receive strategies for improving performance in a lift while also decreasing injury risk.

  • Gain assurance that you are lifting safely.

  • Learn what to do next to improve your 1 rep. max. through an assessment of what area to focus on next.

  • Review of your lift(s) from a licensed physical therapist and write-up of the following:

  • Description of any faults in form

    • Including whether and how they impact injury risk or performance

  • Why the faults are occurring

  • How to correct any performance faults and decrease injury risk

    • Cues to focus on

    • Exercises to incorporate into your program

    • Mobility drills if needed
