Powerlift Bundle - Form Analysis
The digital download will include how to submit your videos.
Please attach and send 1-3 videos of EACH LIFT (ex: videos of you performing a squat from a front-view, side-view, and oblique-angle-view; doing the same for the deadlift and bench press) with the order confirmation confirmation to the email in the digital download.
*I suggest you pick a video of you either performing a max-effort lift OR a challenging/heavy set that captures your typical form.
for any squat variation, a front and side view are preferred.
for any deadlift variation, I suggest a rear view and side view. Rear view (as opposed to front view) makes it significantly easier to identify a hip shift while still being able to monitor knee position.
for any bench press, a top view angled downward from a high point, and a side view angled downward from a high angle are preferred. The goal of these angles is to see your elbow position that is not hidden by plates.
