Single Lift - Form Analysis

$55.00

The digital download will include how to submit your videos.

Please attach and send 1-3 videos of the lift (ex: videos of you performing a squat from a front-view, side-view, and oblique-angle-view) with the order confirmation confirmation to the email in the digital download.

*NOTE: submitting multiple lifts instead of the same lift in multiple angles will result in cancellation of your payment.

*I suggest you pick a video of you either performing a max-effort lift OR a challenging/heavy set that captures your typical form.

  • for any squat variation, a front and side view are preferred.

  • for any deadlift variation, a rear view and side view are preferred.  Rear view (as opposed to front view) makes it significantly easier to identify a hip shift while still being able to monitor knee position.

  • for any bench press, a top view angled downward from a high point, and a side view angled downward from a high angle are preferred.  The goal of these angles is to monitor elbow position that is not hidden by plates.

  • for the snatch, all three angles are preferred if possible.  If only one is possible, an oblique angle is preferred.

  • for the clean&jerk, all three angles are preferred if possible.  If only one is possible, an oblique angle is preferred.

  • for any other lift, send three angles if possible, or whichever help see the bar path and parts of your body the best.
